As part of the launch, Corey is running a LIVE 7-part series, for your to discover (or rediscover) the benefits of a regular meditation practice. This course includes:

  • Live classes Mondays 6:00-7:30pm (April 8 - May 27), accessible on-demand, if you miss one.
  • Extra guided meditation sessions during the week, and recordings.
  • A forum to discuss your experience and get guidance from Corey
  • Supporting material to make sure the calm and confidence you generate in your meditation flows out to the rest of your life - and benefits those around you.

About Corey

Comfortable in a research lab or mountain monastery, Corey’s work and research sits at the intersection of scientific and contemplative traditions.

Corey is a PhD candidate researching the underlying causes of anxiety, depression and emotional dysfunction. His research is the culmination of a degree in Psychology and Sanskrit plus more than twenty years studying and translating Buddhist philosophy from Tibetan to English.

These days he works as a meditation teacher, emotion and stress management coach.

Before any of this, he was a jazz pianist in Toronto, Canada.
